Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which bookings made through KATALAY.COM may be cancelled and whether refunds may apply.
Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be submitted in writing by the person who made the reservation.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date and the policies of the relevant service providers.
- 60 days or more before departure: 15% administrative fee
- 59–46 days before departure: 35% of the total booking price
- 45–8 days before departure: 50% of the total booking price
- 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the total booking price
Non-Refundable Services
Certain travel services such as flight tickets, ferry tickets, event tickets, or special activities may be non-refundable once confirmed. These services may follow separate cancellation rules set by the supplier.
Partial Cancellations
If only some members of a booking cancel, the remaining travelers may be subject to price adjustments depending on accommodation or service requirements.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled tour, activity, or service without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, travel services may need to be modified or cancelled due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. When possible, we will offer an alternative service or a refund in accordance with supplier policies.
Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
