Near golden hour in Uçhisar, the view just shut me up; the valleys went gold and Göreme turned pink-orange. Our guide was so kind, no rushing, we just soaked in that light. Everything felt perfect, still stuck in my head.

Stepping out after the flight, Cappadocia felt like another planet. The rock formations around Göreme and the underground city were honestly impressive, and our guide was calm and knew a lot without talking forever. Only downside was the rush at the airport on the way back to Istanbul, I wish it was less stressful.

My favorite moment was when we drove into Göreme and the valleys just opened up, it felt unreal. Flights and transfers were smooth, but the day is long. The guide explained the rock formations in Devrent and Paşabağ in a simple way, and lunch was ok. The view from Ortahisar is still in my head. I came back to Istanbul tired but really happy.
