Nicolas B. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide just clicked with us from minute one, like instant mates. Walking around Göreme and the fairy chimneys, nobody got left behind, felt like a little family. He dropped history in small bits, lots of jokes. Katalay team ran it super smooth. 5/5.

Lorato K. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

I got goosebumps when our guide stopped by a rock-cut church and told stories of early Christians hiding here. In Göreme Open Air Museum, the history felt like it was breathing, not just old stones. Everything ran smoothly, but one stop felt a bit rushed and I wanted a few more minutes to look around. Still, that storytelling moment stayed with me.

Lior S. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Walking between the fairy chimneys felt like being inside a dream. On the bus I met people from Spain and Korea; we laughed, shared photos, and listened to stories about Göreme and Paşabağ. The Katalay team was warm and caring, and the whole day had this soft, nostalgic vibe. But a couple stops felt a bit rushed, so not 5 stars.

Wai Ling C. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

The guide’s old stories pulled me in; Göreme Open Air Museum and the underground city just came alive, everything felt perfect.

Yuxin L. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Wei Ming L. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

When golden hour poured over Göreme, I just stared; the fairy chimneys looked like someone spilled paint. Our guide kept cracking jokes, and I took photos like a camel.

Jordi P. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide explained the fine arches and faded frescoes in the rock-cut churches so well, it felt like the stone still had breath. At the Göreme open-air area and the underground city stop, the ancient marks were really clear. The Katalay team kept everything smooth; I came back tired but super happy.

Fahad A. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide basically hacked the crowds before we even got off the bus; skip-the-line felt like magic. At Göreme Open Air Museum people were sweating in the ticket queue and we were already inside. In the underground city I felt like a cartoon character, my head said hi to the ceiling twice :) Everything ran so smooth, Katalay team knows what they’re doing.

Hessa A. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide somehow made strangers feel like friends before we even got on the bus, and that warm mood stayed all day. Watching the fairy chimneys in Göreme, whispering in the underground city, we laughed like old buddies from different countries. The Katalay team kept everything smooth; I just collected memories. On the way back to Istanbul, I felt this sweet, quiet nostalgia.

Tharindu P. 3.0 / 5 Average

Our guide started cracking jokes before we even got on the bus and somehow made the whole group feel like cousins. Göreme Open Air Museum and Paşabağ were beautiful, and his little history stories were genuinely funny. But the timing was messy; lots of waiting and then we got rushed at a couple stops. The bus also got too warm in the afternoon, so it was a bit tiring.

Farhana S. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Our guide made us feel like family from the minute we got on the bus, joking around and never leaving anyone out. My wow moment was standing above the valley in Göreme and just hearing the silence around the fairy chimneys; it felt like we weren’t a group, more like cousins. But we were a bit rushed at Uçhisar, wish we had 10 more minutes.

Julián P. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Golden hour colors burned my heart, felt like a dream.

Pranav S. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide had a nice energy even from the hotel pick-up. Flying there and back saved us from a long bus ride and made the day feel worth it. I loved Göreme Open Air Museum, the view from Uçhisar, and the fairy chimneys at Paşabağ. The pottery demo in Avanos was short but fun. Schedule was a bit rushed, still we stopped enough for photos. Yunior G. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide made us feel relaxed from the first minutes, and the day just flowed. Flight and transfers were well planned, only thing is you wake up super early. By the end I was tired but happy, worth it.

Ndeshi K. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

What surprised me most was how the landscape changed the moment we landed in Cappadocia. The fairy chimneys around Göreme looked unreal. We did a bit of walking in Ihlara Valley, then went down into the underground city and it felt cool and kind of tight. The guide explained the stories in a simple way, easy to follow. It was a long day, but even back in Istanbul I kept thinking about those rocks.

Tadas K. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Once our guide started talking, the day suddenly moved fast. The walk in Ihlara Valley and the Derinkuyu underground city were the best for me. Flying there and back was convenient, but we felt a bit rushed at some stops, I wanted more time for photos. Still, the views and the fairy chimneys made it worth it.

Thando K. 3.0 / 5 Average

What I liked most was how fast the scenery changed; we flew from Istanbul and a couple hours later we were among the fairy chimneys. Our guide cracking jokes on the bus made the whole day feel lighter. The flight from Istanbul was smooth and we saw Göreme Open Air Museum and a underground city in Cappadocia. The walk in Ihlara Valley was lovely but a bit rushed, and lunch was ok, just very crowded. Going back the same evening is tiring, but the landscapes were worth it.

Céline K. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

The moment they picked me up at the hotel, everything just flowed. I half-slept on the air-conditioned bus and Göreme’s valleys and fairy chimneys stayed in my chest like an old song. The guide was kind, history without being heavy. Coming back felt stress-free, only a little sad, cuz I didn’t want it to end.

Our guide slipped us into Zelve Open Air Museum before crowds; no lines, fairy chimneys in quiet felt unreal.

Mateo G. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide kept slipping us into quiet photo spots away from the crowds; Pigeon Valley had soft light, and Uçhisar viewpoints felt like a postcard. The rock shapes around Göreme looked unreal, and every frame kinda composed itself. Stops were paced perfectly, no rush. Katalay team handled everything smooth, and I finished the day with a full memory card.

Iñigo S. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Stepping off the flight, the landscape already felt like another planet. Only downside is it felt a bit rushed, specially in Avanos I wanted more time.

Hamish R. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

The quiet between the fairy chimneys was what I didn’t expect. Flight from Istanbul, transfers and the timing all ran pretty smooth. Our guide shared simple but interesting bits about Göreme Open Air Museum and the underground city. The view from Uçhisar was unreal too. It’s a long day, but worth it, I was asleep on the flight back.

Bojan K. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

The moment that stayed with me most was just standing on the edge of a valley in Goreme and staring at the fairy chimneys in silence. By the time we flew back I was honestly tired, but it felt worth it.

Rania K. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Our guide was already looking after the group even before the flight, which made me relax. The view in Göreme and the underground city were honestly impressive, and the fairy chimneys look even weirder and nicer than in photos. The schedule felt a bit rushed and lunch wasn’t anything special, but we still saw a lot in one day. On the way back there was a short wait at the airport.

Wei Ling T. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

When our guide started explaining how the fairy chimneys were formed on the bus, the day suddenly felt more meaningful. Flights were smooth and everything was pretty organised. The views around Göreme looked unreal, and from Uçhisar Castle it was even better. I felt a bit cramped in the underground city, but still very interesting. Long day, but even on the way back to Istanbul my mind was still there.

Ettore L. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Stepping off the flight into Cappadocia felt like landing on another planet. We walked through valleys near Göreme and the fairy chimneys look even crazier up close. The underground city was a bit tight and chilly, but really interesting. The guide shared history in a simple way, not too much. Going back to Istanbul the same day was tiring, but everything ran on time.

Thandiwe K. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Our guide Emre explained things clearly even before we got into the minibus, which made the day feel easy. Göreme Open Air Museum and the fairy chimneys in Paşabağ were honestly surreal. Our guide’s story about families hiding deep in Derinkuyu gave me chills; everything felt perfect, and the history suddenly came alive all day.

Yunier G. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

I got hooked on Cappadocia’s views the moment we arrived. Göreme Open Air Museum and the rock-cut churches were impressive, then the fairy chimneys in Paşabağ felt really strange and beautiful. Flying in and out makes it a long day, but it was worth it. Our guide explained the history in a simple way, not boring at all. Lunch was ok too, just dont expect something fancy.

Vukasin P. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

I laughed when our guide said “even stone has architecture” on the bus. In Göreme the fairy chimneys look like giants stacked hats, and Uçhisar Castle is basically a natural skyscraper. The rock-cut churches had arches and faded frescoes still hanging on like stubborn old uncles. In the underground city I bonked my head twice, so history literally made me bow. Katalay team ran it all smooth; I just wandered around grinning.

Radek S. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide literally walked us past the crowd and straight into Göreme Open Air Museum, and that was my wow moment. While other groups queued, we were already inside looking at the frescoes in near quiet, no stress. Later the Ihlara Valley walk felt easy and the view at Uçhisar hit just right. Everything ran smooth and I didn’t have to think about anything, which I loved.

Radoslav K. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide started explaining things calmly as soon as we got on the bus, and it made the whole day feel easy. Göreme Open Air Museum, the underground city, and the view from Uçhisar were a lot to pack into one day, but it was worth it. Flights and transfers went smooth, only the lunch was a bit basic for me. The fairy chimneys and valleys look unreal, photos don’t really catch it.

Raghav S. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide started sharing stories as soon as we got in the van, and the day just flowed nicely. Göreme Open Air Museum, the fairy chimneys in Paşabağ, and Derinkuyu underground city were the parts that stayed with me. Even with the flights it felt smooth, just a long day and little tiring. Lunch was simple but ok.

The most unexpected part was walking in Ihlara Valley and hearing birds, like I forgot the city completely. Flying from Istanbul makes it a long day, but things were arranged pretty smooth. The Göreme viewpoint and the underground city were honestly fascinating, and the guide explained history in a simple way. Lunch was basic but tasty. I was a bit tired back in Istanbul, still worth it.

Our guide pulled us together like old friends before we even got on the bus. Walking through Göreme’s fairy chimneys, his stories were funny but respectful, and in Derinkuyu the history suddenly felt alive. At lunch he checked on everyone so nobody felt left out, really like family. But a couple stops felt a bit rushed, 5 more minutes for photos would help.

No rushing in the underground city, and the view from Uçhisar hit me in the heart. I finished the day feeling like I carried an old dream. Katalay team made it smooth.

Quiet corners, dreamlike photos; my heart felt full.

Vukasin P. 4.0 / 5 Very Good

Our guide kept sneaking us to little viewpoints away from the crowds, and Pigeon Valley + those rocky scenes were pure photo gold. Around Göreme the light was just right, Insta-level but real. But a couple stops felt a bit rushed, I barely had time to set my tripod.

Bastien L. 5.0 / 5 Excellent

Our guide made everyone feel relaxed even before we got on the bus. The flight from Istanbul was smooth, then a full day in Cappadocia: Göreme Open Air Museum, the fairy chimneys at Pasabag, and going down into an underground city (a bit tight but really impressive). Lunch was simple but tasty. It’s a long day, but the pacing was good and it didn’t feel rushed.
